OWNER / LEAD ADVISOR | ALICIA ANDERSON

Alicia has been an avid traveler since a very young age and has lived outside her native country of the US nearly half her life in the UK, Switzerland and Africa gaining a wealth of location and travel knowledge even before starting her career in travel 14 years ago after a successful career in international business and marketing consulting abroad. It is this experience and love of travel and adventure which led her to her career as a travel advisor, where she can share her passion with her clients,  creating unique and fully tailored experiences throughout the world. 


She brings a unique perspective and offers special value added services going beyond just planning and booking a trip but ensuring every aspect of the trip is taken care of and that all members of the traveling party, young and old, have everything they need to make the journey not just amazing but extraordinary.

TRAINEE TRAVEL ADVISOR | LARKIN SHELDON

Larkin grew up on Bainbridge Island, WA and attended Scripps College in Claremont, CA where she got her BA with Honors in Media Studies (Film & Video Production) with a minor in Hispanic Studies. Straight out of college Larkin moved to Cusco, Peru to accept a job co-managing a non-profit focused on sports for development. After living and traveling throughout South America for a year, she returned to Seattle to start a career in marketing and media production.

 

With a keen sense of adventure, Larkin has explored destinations all around the world. Some of her most memorable trips include Turkey, Czech Republic, Russia, French Polynesia, and Patagonia. As she continues to delve deeper into the travel

industry, Larkin is eager to become an expert on top travel destinations and unique experiences. In her free time she enjoys skiing, exploring nature, cooking, winning pub trivia, and following Formula 1

FEES

​

As with any consulting service we charge a fee for our planning and booking services. We spend on average 25 hours booking a trip of one week from initial consultation through to quoting, booking chosen flight, tour and concierge elements and along with trip support. Here is our current fee schedule -  all fees will agreed at first consultation:

 

  • Planning Fee | From $300  -  TBD  after initial consultation. Includes advice, planning and booking all travel elements as well as travel management.

  • Hotel Booking Fee | If booking online OR by email for Virtuoso or Preferred Partners amenities -  free of charge / If you require hotel research and detailed booking $50 per reservation

  • Airline Booking Fee | $100 per international ticket / $30 per domestic ticket - includes tracking and management

  • Last minute booking (within two ​weeks of travel) | An additional $200 added on to fees above

  • Cancellation Fee | $50 for up to first hour and $40 per hour after

  • Change Fee |  $50 for up to first hour and $40 per hour after 

  • Group travel (over 5 people) | Additional fees may apply to above rates.
